Camera Permission

Using the camera scan feature requires browser camera permission. The first time you click "Camera Scan", the browser will show a permission prompt. Please click "Allow".

If you previously denied permission, you need to enable it manually:

  • Chrome:Click the lock/settings icon on the left of the address bar → Find "Camera" → Select "Allow" → Refresh the page
  • Safari:Menu bar → Preferences → Websites → Camera → Change this site to "Allow" → Refresh the page
  • Firefox:Click the icon on the left of the address bar → Remove camera permission → Refresh the page and re-authorize
  • Edge:Click the lock icon on the left of the address bar → Change camera permission to "Allow" → Refresh the page

If you cannot use the camera, you can still recognize QR codes by uploading an image or pasting a screenshot.
