Usage

Sharpening principle

Enhances the contrast between neighboring pixels via a convolution kernel to make edges sharper. Higher strength yields stronger edge enhancement, but too much may increase noise.

Parameters

Strength: controls the level of edge enhancement. Recommended range 0.5–2.0; below 0.5 the effect is subtle, above 3.0 noise may become noticeable

Tips

Start with a lower strength and increase gradually to observe the effect. For already-clear images, a low strength is enough; for blurry images, increase the strength. All image processing happens locally in the browser and is never uploaded to a server
