Starting from January 1, 2025, the retirement age for male workers and female workers with an original retirement age of 55 is delayed by 1 month every 4 months

From January 2030, the retirement age will gradually increase to 63 (male) and 58 (female cadre)

Female workers with an original retirement age of 50 will have their retirement delayed by 1 month every 2 months, gradually reaching 55

The delayed retirement reform will be fully completed by 2040

This calculation is based on the progressive delayed retirement reform plan; actual policies are subject to official announcements
